1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of the app. By accessing or using the app, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Use of the App
- The app is designed solely for personal journaling purposes.
- Users are solely responsible for the content they create or submit.
3. Account and Data
- No login or sign-up is required to use the app.
- Users may optionally connect a cloud backup provider (iCloud or Google Drive) to back up their journal data. This is entirely optional and managed by the user.
- Users may optionally provide feedback and email contact to join beta testing via About (Hundredz logo) → Contact Us.
- Basic device and usage data, crash reports, and diagnostic data are collected automatically to enhance app stability and guide improvements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Free Trial & In-App Purchases
- The app may offer a free trial period for certain features, as indicated in the app at the time.
- Trial eligibility and status are tracked per installation. Attempting to extend or repeatedly re-trigger a free trial through reinstallation, data manipulation, or other means is a violation of these terms (see Section 6).
- After the trial period ends, continued access to trial features requires a one-time purchase.
- All in-app purchases are non-consumable, one-time payments — the app does not use auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Payments are processed through RevenueCat and the respective App Store.
- Refunds are subject to App Store policies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that collect only the data necessary to perform their function:

We do not sell, share, or export your personal information to any external parties.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Engaging in illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app.
- Attempting to bypass, extend, or abuse free trial limits (e.g. through reinstallation or data manipulation intended to reset trial status).
- Distributing or sharing the app in violation of these terms.
7. Liability
- The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data loss resulting from app use.
8. Changes to the App & Terms of Use
- Updates to the app or Terms of Usemay occur at any time.
- Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of Singapore.
